Our commitment to protect your privacy

Disclosure of personal information
We may disclose your personal information to:
- prospective lenders, credit providers or lessors
- mortgage insurers
- credit reporting bodies
- other mortgage brokers or intermediaries involved in your transaction
- organisations involved in managing or administering your finance
- service providers such as IT providers, data storage providers, document management providers, call centres, printing and postal services
- offshore support staff
- professional advisers including accountants, lawyers and auditors
- any person or organisation acting on your behalf
- any organisation where you have provided your consent
- regulatory bodies, courts or authorities where required by law
- investors, agents or advisers in connection with our business.

We will not charge you for opting out.
Access to and correction of personal information
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you at any time.
We will provide access unless there is a legal reason preventing us from doing so under the Privacy Act.
We aim to respond to requests within 7 days and no later than 30 days.
If the information we hold about you is incorrect, inaccurate or out of date, you may request that we correct the information.
We may charge a reasonable fee for retrieving and providing access to your personal information.
If we refuse a request for access or correction, we will provide you with our reasons.
Updating your personal information
It is important that the personal information we hold about you is accurate and up to date.
You should notify us if your personal information changes so that we can update our records.
Use of government identifiers
If we collect government identifiers such as your Tax File Number, we will only use or disclose this information where permitted or required by law.
We will not use a government identifier as our own identifier for you.
